The ICO will span maximum of one year, and the ICO will close early if sufficient fund is raised. As funding is required for the development and maintenance of the CLEPX Ecosystem, the raised funds will be used only for the intended purpose and not for personal purposes. CLEPX Ecosystem is going to create a contract that shows all revenue generated and all expenditures. Therefore, making the ecosystem financing record transparent and accessible to every token holder holder.
